Glass Bottle Spirits Line
- Bottle500 ml glass
- Capacity6,000 BPH
- Scope: rinse–fill–cap monoblock + labeling + packing
Eight machine families for still, hot-fill and carbonated products in glass — built on our 3-in-1 monoblock platform, configured as complete lines.
The container sets the standard
Glass is the premium container — it is what wine, spirits, high-end juice and craft producers bottle into.
And it demands more from a machine: heavier bottles in the neck lift, vacuum cork and screw-cap operations, hot-fill and isobaric regimes, fill accuracy that has to survive presentation-grade packaging. Plan a complete beverage line around product type, capacity, packaging requirements and factory conditions — that is exactly how every machine below is configured.
One question selects the machine family: the product decides the filling principle.
Still wine, spirits or liquor
Micro-negative pressure · piston ration · electronic valve · rinse–fill–cap or cork 3-in-1
Juice or tea beverage
Hot-fill CGF and HD monoblocks — 6,000 to 16,000 BPH in proven configurations
Carbonated drink or beer
Isobaric 3-in-1 monoblocks — CO₂ pre-charge, stable gas content at production speed
Not sure which principle fits? Send us your bottle drawing, liquid description and target output — we will recommend the machine family and a line layout.
Every filler ships inside a configured complete line — one contract, one FAT, one point of responsibility.

Real project cases — country, liquid, bottle, capacity and delivered equipment scope — are being confirmed with our clients and will be published here.
Tell us your country and product — we will share comparable installed lines where confidentiality allows.

View Project CasesYes. Wine and spirits are both low-viscosity still liquids, so they share the same filling platforms. The differences are closure and hygiene level: spirits lines usually need stainless contact parts and CIP, wine lines add the corking station. Tell us the product pair and we configure accordingly.
From 3,000 BPH compact ration fillers up to 16,000 BPH hot-fill monoblocks, in standard 100–1000 ml glass bottle formats. Changeover between bottle shapes on our monoblocks is done by replacing few parts, not by rebuilding the machine.
Yes — that is our core business. Water treatment, bottle unscrambling, rinsing-filling-capping, corking or capping, labeling, coding, shrink packing and CIP are all built or integrated in-house, delivered as one configured line with FAT before shipment.
Thin still liquids where the fill level must look identical across bottles → micro-negative pressure. Standard volumetric dosing of wine and spirits → ration or electronic-valve filling. Carbonated products → isobaric, no exceptions, otherwise CO₂ foams the bottle. Our team walks you through this on a call with your bottle and product in hand.
Send a bottle sample drawing, the liquid you fill and your target output — you will get a machine-family recommendation and a line layout with budgetary pricing.
