Hot-fill capable 3-in-1 monoblocks for fruit juice, tea and functional drinks in glass bottles — proven CGF and HD configurations from 6,000 to 16,000 BPH.
Throughput that survives acid and sugar
Juice and tea are the high-volume glass bottle categories — and the engineering requirement differs from wine.
The line must run hot-fill or warm-fill regimes, keep throughput stable across long shifts, and survive the acid and sugar load of real fruit juice. Our CGF and HD monoblocks rinse, fill and cap in a single frame from 6,000 to 16,000 BPH — capacity chosen from your annual volume, not negotiated, with a small change-part kit between bottle formats.
Each model has its own section and permalink anchor for quote references.
Hot-fill capable 3-in-1 monoblock for fruit juice and tea beverages in glass bottles, with PLC-controlled operation.
The CGF series covers mainstream glass juice throughput in three proven steps: 6,000 BPH for one-shift starter lines, 8,000 for two-shift, 16,000 for export volume.
CGF18-18-6 runs on 4.5 kW in a 2600 × 2000 × 2450 mm frame; larger variants keep the same rinse–fill–cap architecture with more heads.
Capacity is chosen, not negotiated — three documented configurations with power and footprint numbers you can plan the building around.

Hot-fill monoblock for tea and functional drinks in glass bottles; rinsing, filling and capping in one frame.
The HD32-32-16 platform brings a higher station count — 32 rinsing, 32 filling, 16 capping — into one frame for tea and functional drinks at scale.
The model name itself states the configuration, so line planning starts from a known geometry rather than a quotation negotiation.
Same monoblock family as the CGF series: shared engineering, shared spares, documented changeover between bottle formats.

Hot filling doses product at 85–92 °C into the bottle, which pasteurises the headspace and inner wall so the juice or tea stays stable without aseptic technology or cold chain. If your product is acidified (most juices and teas), hot fill is the standard route — if it is a neutral beverage, you need aseptic or post-pasteurisation instead and the machine selection changes.
Work backwards from annual volume: 6,000 BPH is a natural fit for one-shift operation with margin, 8,000–16,000 BPH suits two-shift or export volumes. The head count (rinse/fill/cap) has to match bottle diameter too — a short run of large-format bottles may suit fewer, gentler heads.
Yes, with a CIP station and a change-part kit for bottles and closures. Our monoblock design keeps the fill valve platform product-agnostic; pulp-heavy recipes add a piston option. Tell us the product family and we specify the valve set.
Send your recipe, bottle format and target output — we will size the monoblock and the full line around it.
